At Quality Management System Nepal, we want you to be completely satisfied with our ISO documentation toolkits. We suggest carefully reviewing product descriptions and samples before purchasing. However, we understand that certain circumstances may call for a refund.

Limited Refund Exceptions

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after a toolkit has been delivered. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical difficulties preventing you from accessing or using the toolkit, please contact us immediately at admin@qms.com.np. Our team will work diligently to resolve the issue.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your toolkit after purchase, please contact us promptly at admin@qms.com.np. We will verify the purchase and resend the toolkit.

Refund Process

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
  3. Decision: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow processing time according to your financial institution.
