ISO Documentation Toolkits

  • We prioritize your satisfaction with our ISO documentation toolkits. Before purchasing, please thoroughly review product descriptions and samples.
  • Due to the digital nature of our toolkits, refunds generally cannot be issued after the toolkit has been delivered.
  • Limited Exceptions: We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact admin@qms.com.np if you experience non-delivery or technical difficulties accessing the toolkit. Our team will attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is considered.

ISO Consultation and Training Services

  • Consultations: Consultations are non-refundable once services begin
  • Training: If you need to cancel scheduled training, please provide 72 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee of 50%.

Subscriptions

  • subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except as may be required by Nepali law.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate services in case of non-payment or breach of contract within 72 hours.
